This 3-bay industrial shelving unit is a practical choice for warehouses, workshops, production support areas and stockrooms where you want reliable storage without unnecessary complexity. The shelving is quick to assemble and does not require special tools. It is supplied in parts to make transport and handling easier, and delivered with all required cross braces for a rigid, stable structure.

Three bays in one run and ready to extend later

The shelving run consists of one starter bay and two extension bays (add-on bays). In day-to-day terms, that means you get a complete, freestanding start section and add-on sections that connect to it, giving you a neat row of three bays from the start. If your inventory grows, the same S90 concept makes it straightforward to extend the row with more extension bays rather than replacing the whole system.

The total run length is 3050 mm (3 × 1005 mm + 35 mm). For many facilities this is an ideal width: long enough to create a dedicated home for fast-moving parts, but compact enough to fit into a picking aisle, along a workshop wall or next to a packing bench.

Steel shelving built for daily work

The Dexion S90 uses a robust metal frame with sheet steel shelves. This is the kind of warehouse shelving that is meant to be used, not just looked at. You can load it with cartons, plastic bins, tools and component boxes, and still keep the structure straight and stable when the shelves are in active use. Load rating matters in real storage planning, so the key figures are simple: this configuration is rated for 150 kg per shelf level and 1000 kg per bay. The included cross bracing improves rigidity and helps the shelving stay firm when it is fully loaded and frequently accessed.

Height, shelf levels and practical storage space

With an overall height of 2020 mm and 6 shelf levels, the shelving makes good use of vertical space. In a warehouse or maintenance storeroom, the most valuable storage is usually between knee and shoulder height. With six levels you can keep the high-rotation items in that working zone, while placing slower movers higher or lower.

Delivered in parts for easier transport and staging

The shelving is supplied as components. This makes it easier to move the system into position, stage it in your receiving area, and transport it internally if you are building several shelving rows at once. The package includes the required cross braces, so you can assemble the structure without having to source extra stabilising parts separately. Because the assembly is designed to be straightforward, the shelving can be brought into use quickly.
