The 3‑tier shelf trolley is a proven workhorse for warehouses, workshops and assembly areas. It keeps parts, cartons and tools in order and within reach, so one person can move more in fewer trips. Built around a welded steel frame with three MDF shelves, it delivers a dependable 500 kg total capacity and a stable platform for day‑to‑day handling tasks.

Load capacity and frame rigidity

The welded steel chassis shares the load across all three levels and resists twisting when you push, turn or stop. The rigid frame also helps the shelves stay flat under weight, so boxes and components sit securely throughout the move. The 500 kg rating covers typical mixed loads found in goods‑in, kitting, order picking and service runs in production.

Ergonomic working height

Comfortable control reduces strain on wrists and shoulders. That is why the push handle is positioned at the same height as the top shelf: 870 mm. The posture feels natural and gives good leverage without lifting the hands too high.

Shelf spacing and access

The levels are arranged for quick visual checks and easy reach. Clearance between the shelves is 270 mm, leaving space for common picking bins and small cartons. The lower shelf sits 260 mm from the floor for heavier items, and the middle shelf height is 570 mm. With three open sides, goods can be taken out or put back without doors getting in the way, which is valuable on fast routes between packing, stores and assembly.

Castors made for daily use

The running gear combines stability and manoeuvrability: two fixed and two swivel castors in Ø 200 mm solid rubber. The large diameter helps the trolley roll over doorway strips and floor joints without jolts, while the solid rubber tyres dampen noise on hard floors. Fixed castors guide straight runs down longer aisles, and the swivel pair turns easily in tight spaces or around equipment.

Materials chosen for durability

Each shelf is made from 12 mm MDF and framed by a strong steel structure. The combination offers a smooth, even surface that is kind to packages and parts, plus the strength needed for industrial loads. The steel frame is engineered to stay square under weight so the trolley tracks predictably, protecting both goods and operators.
