Treston Assembly Trolley 2 is a compact, mobile workstation for installation and maintenance tasks. The rigid, powder-coated steel frame carries up to 300 kg, so tools, spare parts and test equipment travel safely between work areas. Four fully swivelling castors make positioning effortless, and two brakes keep the trolley firmly in place while you work.
The multi-level layout gives fast visibility of components. Both steel shelves feature a 6-position tilt adjustment that helps you set a comfortable picking angle and keeps small items from sliding during transport. An additional bottom shelf offers extra capacity for bulkier gear. Optional rubber mats improve grip and absorb shocks, protecting instruments and painted parts.

When tasks move between lines, bays and building floors, a static bench slows the entire job. Treston Assembly Trolley 2 solves that bottleneck by bringing a compact, well‑organised workstation to wherever the work happens. It is engineered for daily use in workshops, service departments and production environments where reliability, neatness and mobility matter.
The trolley’s frame is made from durable powder‑coated steel in light grey RAL 7035. The coating resists knocks and abrasion in busy aisles, keeping the surface tidy and protecting the steel beneath. With a total load capacity of 300 kg, the structure supports tools, fixtures and spares without flex, so you can push confidently across thresholds and uneven floors. This rugged build places the trolley in the same duty class as an industrial cart while retaining the fine control and compact footprint of a multi‑shelf trolley.
Four fully swivel castors allow smooth steering in tight spaces and between workstations. Two castors include reliable brakes; lock them before adjustments or tightening operations and the trolley stays put. This combination of freedom of movement and firm parking lets the trolley work as both a transporter and a steady, temporary bench. In commissioning projects, it doubles as an installation trolley that follows the technician between cabinets, conveyors and test stations.
Both upper shelves are steel and include a six‑step tilt adjustment. Set a shallow angle to bring small parts forward into view, or keep a flat surface for instruments and cases. Tilt helps prevent items from shifting during transport, while also improving reach when picking fasteners, fittings, gaskets or electrical components. The additional bottom shelf gives space for bulkier loads such as toolboxes, motors or packaging. With the angles set to suit the task, the trolley serves as an adjustable shelf trolley that adapts to fast picking and safe transport.
Rubber mats (available as accessories) help parts stay where you left them. They add friction on sloped settings, cushion sensitive instruments and dampen vibration when the trolley is moving.
