It stores and charges up to 32 tablets and provides a dedicated shelf for a laptop, combining robust steel construction with reliable airflow and electrical protection. The design suits schools, public institutions and busy workplaces that need centralised device care without clutter on desks.

Safe charging with ventilation and RCD protection

An integrated exhaust fan works with generous ventilation slots to move warm air out of the cabinet during long charge cycles. The rear panel houses a residual current device (RCD) and a main isolator switch so power can be cut instantly for maintenance or moves. Doors lock at the top and bottom to protect valuable devices when rooms are left unattended.

32 numbered tablet bays and a laptop shelf

Numbered metal dividers form 32 individual bays for tablets up to 24 × 310 × 295 mm (approx. 13″). Clear numbering makes it quick to issue and return devices by user or class. A dedicated internal shelf includes two 230 V sockets for a supervisory laptop; the shelf size is 100 × 340 × 520 mm and the available clearance allows a laptop up to 120 × 340 × 520 mm. With the charging locker approach, tablets and the laptop stay in one lockable unit for overnight storage and rapid morning deployment.

USB‑A and Quick Charge 3.0 power

The cabinet provides mixed power to suit varied device fleets: 24 × USB‑A AiPower 5 V ports (each up to 2.4 A; combined bank up to 9.6 A) and 12 × USB‑A Quick Charge 3.0 ports with stepped outputs of 3.6–6.5 V 3 A, 6.5–9 V 2 A and 9–12 V 1.5 A for compatible devices. Total cabinet power is 1380 W and an automatic overload breaker helps prevent overcurrent conditions. Use certified charging cables and route them so connectors are presented consistently at the front of each bay for faster handovers.

Built to move

Moving the unit between classrooms or across a facility is straightforward. Four industrial castors roll on non‑marking rubber treads, two castors have parking brakes to hold position while loading and during charge cycles. Rubber corner bumpers protect both the locker and door frames from knocks, and a fixed handle provides good control in corridors.

Worktop, body and colour options

The powder‑coated steel body is finished in RAL 7035 (light grey) as standard. The top is a durable 18 mm melamine work surface with rounded corners. Colours shown in the pictured chart are available at no extra charge, and further RAL Classic colours can be supplied on request to match interiors or departmental schemes.

UV‑C hygiene support inside the cabinet

An integrated OSRAM PURITEC HNS 8 W UV‑C lamp with timer supports hygiene by reducing surface microbes on exposed device housings between classes or shifts. The lamp module is replaceable and uses a dedicated connector for service. For safety, the UV‑C light switches off automatically when the doors open. UV‑C treatment is an additional hygiene aid and does not replace routine cleaning protocols.
