Smooth HDPE pallet for cleaner handling

Load capacity options: standard or steel reinforced

The product is available in a standard version and in a version with steel tube reinforcement. The standard version is suitable when a washable plastic Euro pallet is needed for normal storage and handling. The reinforced version is the better choice when higher dynamic load capacity or a stronger pallet racking capacity is required.

These three capacity figures describe different use situations. Dynamic load capacity is relevant when the pallet is being moved. Static load capacity applies when the pallet is standing on the floor. The capacity in pallet racking is the value to check when the pallet will be stored on beams in a pallet rack. Using the correct figure matters, especially when the same pallet is used in both transport and storage.

Optional safety edge

The pallet is available with a 7 mm safety edge or without a safety edge. The version with a safety edge helps keep goods in place on the pallet surface during careful handling and storage. The version without a safety edge is useful when goods need to slide on and off the pallet more freely, or when the load itself already controls the pallet footprint.
