Dynamic load refers to the load during movement, for example when the pallet is handled by a forklift. Static load refers to the load when the pallet is standing still on a level floor. Pallet racking load is the stated capacity when the pallet is stored in a racking system. These values should always be read together with the actual use: load distribution, rack support, pallet condition and handling speed all affect safe operation.

Choose the cleanroom plastic pallet with or without a safety edge

The pallet is available with a 7 mm safety edge or without a safety edge. The raised edge, also called a retaining lip, helps keep boxes, trays and packaged goods in place when the pallet is moved through a warehouse or production line. This is useful when the route includes forklifts, AGV systems or conveyors and the load must stay aligned during repeated handling.

The version without the safety edge is a good option when the top surface needs to be completely unobstructed. In automated packing, robot handling or processes where loads are slid on and off the pallet, a flat edge can make the workflow easier. This cleanroom pallet is designed for environments where a standard wooden pallet can create extra work. In cleanrooms, packaging areas and hygiene-critical stores, the pallet must be simple to clean and must not release splinters into the area. HDPE also avoids corrosion, which is useful in facilities where washing, humidity or cleaning chemicals are present. The product can be used from -20 °C to +60 °C, so it fits many storage conditions from cold areas to warmer indoor spaces.

Because this is a plastic pallet, it also helps avoid the usual wood pallet treatment and marking questions that often come up in export logistics. It is still important to check the receiving country, customer requirements and product-specific packaging rules, but the HDPE structure gives a cleaner alternative to untreated wood in many international supply chains.
