The entire frame is galvanised steel, chosen for its combination of surface hardness and corrosion resistance. The 22 mm hanging rail diameter gives hangers a round, smooth bearing surface that minimises local denting and keeps garments crease‑free. Underneath, the base is formed from 50 × 25 mm rectangular tube and the uprights from 40 × 20 mm sections. Together they create a stiff frame that resists sway and racking even when fully loaded.

Double capacity, same footprint

Two rails on a single frame effectively double your linear hanging space without increasing floor area. In practice, the lower rail stores shorter items, uniforms and workwear, while the top rail takes longer coats and parkas.
