When pallets don’t wait, neither should your wrapping. Girotec II PL/PLB Forklift‑Mounted Pallet Stretch Wrapper integrates a robust stretch‑wrap turntable with the truck you already use, so operators can drive the wrapper directly to the load and secure it on the spot. The result is fewer empty runs, faster loading and a consistent, professional wrap finish on every pallet.

Why a forklift-mounted stretch wrapper?

Traditional pallet wrapping requires moving each load to a fixed machine. In cross‑docks, cold stores and tight production spaces that means extra handling, traffic and queuing. A forklift-mounted stretch wrapper reverses the logic: the wrapper rides with the truck. Operators position the pallet, engage the turntable and complete the cycle in minutes without shuttling back and forth across the building.

Two power options

• PL model: mounts to the truck chassis and draws power from the vehicle’s 24 V system via a dedicated connector. This is the simplest choice when you prefer to keep a shared battery and charge routine.
• PLB model: includes integrated 24 V batteries for cable‑free operation. A 220–240 V / 50 Hz charger is supplied. PLB can also be cabled to the truck battery if desired, offering maximum flexibility.

Throughput suited to busy shifts

The machine’s turntable runs at 11 rpm and is engineered for repeatable results across common pallet types. In typical use the system handles 15–25 pallets per hour, depending on load shape and the selected wrap program.

Stable wrapping and easy film handling

Operators get predictable containment without over‑tightening. Film feed and tension are preset for smooth application, and film rolls change quickly from the side. The machine accepts a maximum film roll diameter of 180 mm.

Working range and limits

Wrap height is 2000 mm, covering the great majority of palletized loads in general warehousing. Maximum pallet dimensions are 800 × 1200 × 2100 mm (W × L × H) with a maximum load weight of 1000 kg. Machine dimensions are 2050 × 2250 × 2420 mm and the approximate machine weight is 190 kg.

Ergonomics and safety

By keeping the operator with the truck and eliminating unnecessary travel, the Girotec II helps reduce time spent walking with hand film and the repetitive movements that come with manual wrapping. Uniform wrap patterns improve load stability for safer handling and transport.
