The Girotec II ST / STB pallet stretch wrapper combines compact design with predictable wrapping quality. Both models share a heavy-duty frame, an 11 rpm turntable and precisely optimised stretch film feed that helps you achieve stable loads with less material.

Two models, one reliable platform

• Girotec II ST is a turntable pallet wrapper designed to live where floor area is limited. The floor-bolted chassis keeps the machine steady at speed and frees operators from moving equipment during busy shifts. With direct mains power, there is no battery maintenance.
• Girotec II STB is a freestanding, battery-powered pallet stretch wrapper that you can place where it delivers the most throughput. Bring the machine to the pallet to avoid moving heavy loads or queueing at a single wrapping point. The integrated 24 V power system removes trailing cables and supports quick redeployments when layouts change.

Consistent output and film efficiency

At the heart of both models is an 11 rpm turntable that delivers a repeatable cycle time. Combined with the optimised stretch film feed, it helps reduce film usage while maintaining reliable load containment—especially important when shipping mixed, fragile or high-value goods. Typical throughput is 15–25 pallets per hour depending on the load and wrap settings.

Power options matched to your operation

Choose mains power (ST) for a permanent station with predictable duty cycles and no charging routines. Choose battery power (STB) to set up satellite wrapping points near picking zones, seasonal lines or temporary projects. Either way you get the same stable mechanics and controlled stretch film delivery.

Clear, robust construction

Both pallet wrapping machines are built on a rigid platform that stands up to everyday warehouse knocks. The design supports consistent rotation and clean stretch film application from first pallet to last. With the STB model, eliminating cables reduces trip hazards around busy loading areas.

Stretch film handling

The machine accepts a stretch film roll with a max diameter of 180 mm. The pallet stretch wrapper is engineered for reliable film tensioning and neat overlaps so the finished wrap looks professional and stays tight in transit.
