The pallet is made from HD-PE-R and is designed for a working temperature range of 0 to 60 °C. It does not rust, it does not create wooden splinters, and its flat surface is easy to wipe or wash when the pallet has been used in a busy warehouse environment. FIN plastic pallet for storage, packing and goods movement

A FIN plastic pallet is often chosen when the load, package size or storage layout calls for a 1000 x 1200 mm pallet. This size gives a broad and stable base for palletised goods and is useful when products are handled in batches, moved between work areas or prepared for dispatch. The heavy duty plastic pallet is available in two main capacity levels.

• The standard version is suitable for many demanding storage and handling tasks.
• The steel tube reinforced plastic pallet is intended for heavier use, especially when a higher dynamic load or a higher pallet racking load is needed.

This makes it easier to choose the right version for the real load instead of using the same pallet for every job.

Smooth HD-PE-R surface for easier cleaning

The surface of the pallet is smooth and even, which helps with cleaning. In daily warehouse work, pallets can collect dust, packaging residue and dirt from floors, vehicles and loading areas. A smooth plastic deck is easier to keep clean than a rough or damaged surface, and it does not splinter like wood. This is useful in places where pallets are handled repeatedly and need to remain presentable and practical through many cycles of use.

HD-PE-R is a robust material for industrial use. The pallet keeps its function within the stated temperature range of 0 to 60 °C, making it suitable for normal indoor storage and many production or dispatch areas. At the end of its service life, the plastic material can be recycled through suitable recycling channels.

Load capacity options: standard or steel tube reinforced

Load capacity is one of the most important points when selecting a warehouse plastic pallet. This model is available as a standard heavy duty plastic pallet or as a steel tube reinforced pallet for higher loads.

Dynamic load means the load during movement, for example when the pallet is being transported with suitable handling equipment. Static load means the load when the pallet is standing still on a flat surface.

With retaining rim or without rim

The pallet is available with a 7 mm retaining rim and also without a retaining rim. The rim version helps position boxes, containers or other packed goods on the pallet surface. The low raised edge can reduce small shifts during handling when the load footprint fits inside the rim. The version without a rim is useful when goods need to slide onto the pallet more freely, or when the load is wider than the pallet deck. It can also be the better option when packaging, cartons or transport units must sit directly over the edge. The choice depends on the load type, handling method and how the pallet is used in the warehouse.
