Industrial trolleys increase productivity by reducing manual lifting and shortening travel time between process steps. In manufacturing, maintenance and logistics, trolleys keep parts at hand, protect goods in transit and improve ergonomics by moving the load on quality castors instead of on people’s backs. Specify platform size, load capacity and wheel type to match your items and floors, then add sides, shelves or holders to suit the job.
Platform trolleys are the all-round choice for crates, boxes and bulkier items. Shelf trolleys and service trolleys keep smaller components organised and visible. Tool trolleys support maintenance with drawers and pegboard options. For fulfilment, an order picking trolley carries totes or Euro bins and enables multi-order picking with smooth manoeuvring in narrow aisles. For electronics assembly or EPA areas, an ESD trolley with conductive wheels helps prevent static build-up.
When the task needs a stable surface that moves with the process, a mobile work table or mobile workbench is the answer. Height-adjustable frames help set an ergonomic working height for assembly, inspection or packing. Trolley frames are commonly made from powder-coated steel for strength, aluminium for lighter handling or stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygiene. Select wheels with the right diameter and tread for your floor: rubber for quiet running, TPE for low rolling resistance, and antistatic or conductive wheels for ESD-controlled areas. Swivel castors with brakes add control at the pick face or workstation.
