Lightweight Euro plastic pallet for export and internal logistics

A good export pallet should be easy to handle, simple to store and strong enough for everyday material flow. This lightweight Euro plastic pallet 1200 x 800 x 150 mm is made for that kind of work. It is an economical pallet for shipments, warehouse transfers, production lines and general industrial use where a clean, light and space-saving alternative to a wooden pallet is needed. The Euro size is practical in many European logistics chains. Plastic export pallet with 1000 kg dynamic load capacity

The pallet has a 1000 kg dynamic load capacity and a 2000 kg static load capacity. Dynamic capacity refers to use during movement, for example when the pallet is handled with a forklift or other suitable handling equipment. Static capacity refers to a still load when the pallet is standing on a level floor. The structure is light but useful in daily work. The version without runners weighs only 5.18 kg, which makes manual empty pallet handling easier. The version with runners weighs 6.76 kg and gives extra support under the load.

Nestable 9-foot pallet saves storage space

Empty pallets are often a storage problem. The version without runners is a 9-foot nestable plastic pallet, which means that empty pallets fit inside each other when stacked. This reduces the stack height and saves valuable floor space. Without runners, up to 50 pallets can be stored in one stack. This is useful when the pallet is used in export packing or as a one-way pallet and larger quantities are kept on site. The 9-foot base keeps the pallet stable for normal handling while allowing the pallets to nest together when empty.

Available with runners for extra support

The pallet is also available with runners. In this version, the pallet has 3 runners and 9 feet. The runners add support and make the pallet feel more rigid during handling. This can be useful when the load needs more base support or when the pallet is used several times in internal logistics.

The runner version does not nest in the same way as the 9-foot version, but it is still stackable. Up to 23 pallets can be stored in one stack. Choose the 9-foot model when the main priority is compact empty storage. Choose the runner model when added support under the pallet is more important. Both versions keep the same Euro pallet size and the same basic material benefits.

Retaining lip helps keep goods in place

The pallet has a 7 mm retaining lip around the loading surface. The lip helps prevent boxes, cartons and plastic containers from sliding off the pallet during handling. This is especially useful when goods are moved between packing, storage and loading, or when a forklift makes tight turns in a warehouse aisle. The retaining lip is a small detail, but it supports safer and more controlled handling. It can also help when shrink wrap or straps are used to secure the load. The model is also available without the retaining lip, which may be preferred when the load must slide smoothly on or off the pallet or when the pallet is used with certain packaging systems.

HD-PE-R plastic for industrial use

The pallet is made from HD-PE-R, a recycled high-density polyethylene material. It is suitable for use at 0–60 °C. The material does not absorb moisture, oil or odours in the same way as wood, and it does not release splinters or nails. The open deck structure keeps the pallet light and easy to handle. It also makes the pallet easy to identify as a plastic logistics pallet in the warehouse. The standard colour is black, which is a practical choice for industrial use. Other colours are available for orders from 300 pcs, making it possible to separate pallets by product group, department or customer flow when larger batches are ordered.
