As the name suggests, pallet collars “collar” the pallet and create a rigid edge. Even small or loose items stay safely on the pallet through handling, storage and transport. One collar is enough to protect components; when you need a taller shipping box, the collars stack firmly on top of each other. When empty, the hinges fold in so the collars store flat and return to circulation in a fraction of the space.
These folding pallet collars let you build the height you need, reduce damage and speed up material flow. They fold flat for compact return logistics and space‑efficient warehouse storage. The combination of durable hinges and the natural strength of wood makes them an economical, low‑waste choice that moves from workstation to warehouse and on to the next site without fuss.
Wooden collars work as simple planters for flowers, herbs or salad greens. For a taller raised bed, stack collars as needed. A small half‑pallet collar sits neatly on a EUR pallet collar to create a stepped planter. Untreated wood contains no added chemicals, so these planting boxes are safe for seasonal use.
Dividers for pallet collars: split a single pallet into smaller compartments when multiple articles are stored on one load. Divider pieces can be repositioned as needs change, so the same pallet adapts to different kits in production.
Label pockets: clear plastic pockets clip to the collar edge for quick identification. Labels stay readable through a transparent film and do not need to be taped to the wood surface.
Pallet feet and pallet covers: feet raise the pallet to a comfortable working height; add wheels to turn the unit into a mobile sales or display table. Covers and lids keep contents clean and presentable.
Trolley for handling pallet collars: our purpose‑built trolley moves stacks of folded collars from one line to another with a single push. It keeps the pile upright and supports good ergonomics by keeping lift heights correct.
