Robot Master is a battery-powered robotic stretch wrapper that drives itself around the pallet to apply film quickly, safely and consistently. A photocell reads the pallet height so the machine adjusts wrap cycles automatically.
For busy warehouses, the pallet wrapping robot includes a safety bumper, audible alert and flashing beacon so colleagues see and hear it coming. That keeps wrapping smooth and predictable even in narrow aisles and mixed-traffic areas.

Robot Master is a mobile, battery-powered robotic stretch wrapper designed for operators who need fast, reliable pallet securing without a dedicated wrapping bay. Instead of dragging a heavy or oversize pallet to a machine, the pallet wrapping robot drives itself around the load and applies stretch film with steady, repeatable tension. This approach improves ergonomics, reduces traffic to fixed stations and shortens the time from last production step to dispatch.
A built-in photocell senses the pallet height and triggers the carriage to travel the correct range. That means wrap cycles are consistent from short cartons to tall, mixed loads. For mixed SKU environments, this automatic height detection is the simplest way to keep wrapping quality uniform across the shift.
The machine uses a mechanical film carriage with FRD friction brake. Tension is set directly on the carriage, so operators can fine‑tune the film delivery to match product fragility, film grade and seasonal temperature changes. With correct tension, film lays flat, corners are protected and there’s less risk of crushing light cases or leaving unstable gaps on uneven loads. Because the tension setting is mechanical, it’s predictable and easy to teach to new operators.
The battery-powered stretch wrapper removes the need for power cords or a floor‑mounted turntable. An integrated charger and clear battery status indicator keep the machine ready for the next load. The battery-powered stretch wrapper also removes trailing cords that create trip hazards and compete for power outlets. In facilities with frequent layout changes or temporary packing cells, this mobility means the wrapper can follow the work instead of forcing the work to detour.
Robot Master is engineered for shared spaces. A safety bumper stops the robot on contact, while an audible alarm and flashing beacon signal movement to nearby staff and lift truck drivers. Clear visual and audio cues are especially valuable where pedestrians, forklifts and order pickers mix, helping everyone anticipate the robot’s path.
