The Ruxxac XL folding sack truck gets to work in a second and takes the strain out of everyday handling. The aluminium frame keeps weight low without giving up strength, so it is easy to lift into a van or carry upstairs between jobs.
Pull once on the handle and both the large toe plate and the wheels swing into working position. No extra catches. Faster loading with fewer steps.
Flat‑free tyres with precision bearings roll smoothly over joints and thresholds. Because the tyres are puncture‑proof, debris on the floor won’t halt the job.

The Ruxxac XL is a professional folding sack truck built for daily use in warehouses, workshops and service vehicles. It pairs a generous 125 kg capacity with an exceptionally low own weight of just 5.9 kg, so one person can carry the trolley to the job and still move a full stack of cartons with control. The frame uses a special aluminium profile that resists twist under load while keeping the truck light enough to stow in a van door pocket or on a rack upright.
Static platform trolleys are great when there is space, but many tasks happen in narrow aisles, lifts and back‑of‑house corridors where a compact format is faster and safer. A collapsible sack truck folds flat when the job is done and disappears until the next pick. The Ruxxac XL folds down to only 55 mm, so it slides into tight gaps, under a bench or behind a stockroom door without blocking walkways.
Time on the loading bay is always short. With the Ruxxac XL, the patented mechanism opens the big toe plate and the wheels together with a single movement. There are no separate latches to find and no stiff locks that slow you down with gloves on. One clean action takes the truck from flat to ready, which reduces setup time and helps keep the workflow moving at peak periods.
Floor joints, dock plates and door thresholds can stop small wheels. The Ruxxac XL uses Ø 170 mm flat‑free tyres with a resilient running surface and precision ball‑bearing hubs. On concrete or resin floors they roll quietly and keep push force low, even with an off‑centre load. Because the tyres are puncture‑proof, stray screws and metal shavings are less likely to interrupt the shift.
The main uprights are aluminium for a high strength‑to‑weight ratio and corrosion resistance. Stress points are moulded in impact‑resistant plastic and reinforced with glass fibre to distribute loads and survive the knocks that are part of daily service. The structure feels solid at full load yet remains easy to lift onto a mezzanine or into a service van.
A rubber tension strap is supplied as standard. Hook it across the cartons to keep the stack tight against the frame when moving over thresholds or riding a goods lift. For repetitive routes, leave the strap clipped to the handle so it is always ready for the next lift. Securing the load improves safety and protects boxed goods from scuffing during transport.
In storerooms and service vehicles every centimetre counts. Folded, the Ruxxac XL is just 55 mm deep and 490 mm wide. That slim format makes it easy to store between racking uprights, beside a workbench or on a wall hook. It also means the sack truck is simple to carry through narrow service doors, along tight corridors or up a flight of stairs when there is no lift available.
