The Skipper barrier post (1 m) is a professional post for quick, safe area demarcation in warehouses, plants and facilities. The post twist-locks to a wide 500 mm base you can fill with water for stability (13.3 kg when filled) or bolt down for permanent protection.
Designed for Skipper systems, the post accepts a broad range of Skipper accessories including retractable belt cassettes. A full-height reflective ring gives 360° visibility. The high-visibility orange body follows EN ISO 7010 colour recommendations.

When a task, aisle or bay needs to be secured now, the Skipper barrier post gives you a reliable, repeatable way to cordon off space without tools. This 1 m barrier post locks into its 500 mm base with a simple twist-lock action. Fill the base with water for temporary stability (13.3 kg when filled) or fix it permanently with floor bolts. Either way, you get a compact, professional barrier point that stands out and stands firm in busy industrial environments.
The post is part of the Skipper system. It accepts a broad range of Skipper accessories, including retractable belt cassettes for creating clear, continuous lines. Because everything clicks or slots into the top of the post, you can build a warehouse barrier system, block access or mark hazards exactly where they arise.
A continuous reflective ring runs around the post for 360° visibility. Forklift and pedestrian traffic can see the post clearly under typical warehouse lighting, often from about 30 metres away. The high-visibility orange body follows EN ISO 7010 colour guidance, making the installation instantly recognisable as a safety barrier in mixed-traffic areas.
The Skipper barrier post and base travel separately. That keeps handling simple and speeds up deployment: stack the 500 mm bases on a cart, carry the posts by hand and position them in sequence. Twist-lock each post into its base, connect the retractable belt barrier and the job is done. Teams routinely create 50 metres of clear cordon in minutes with this method.
Use the water-filled base when the barrier is temporary and move it as often as you need. When you want a fixture that does not shift, use the bolt-down base option and fix the base to the floor through the built-in holes. The twist-lock base design means posts can still be removed for storage or seasonal reconfiguration while the bases remain in place.
