Premium, extra‑stable Skipper traffic cone with a wide base, 750 mm high. Built for demanding use in industrial plants, traffic control, airports and construction sites.
A patented helix profile deflects crosswinds and adds stability on exposed aprons, ramps and yard roads. The broad base keeps the cone standing when gusts and slipstream hit.
The reflective sleeve uses innovative glass‑bead technology that returns more light than prismatic alternatives, delivering standout visibility from real driving angles in low light.
Made in the UK to EN requirements.

The Skipper traffic cone is engineered to prevent collisions and channel vehicles and pedestrians through busy, changing environments. Its patent‑protected helix profile sheds crosswinds, while the wide base keeps the cone upright on open aprons and breezy loading ramps.
The cone’s reflective sleeve uses an advanced glass‑beaded surface that returns the headlight beam back to the driver more effectively than prismatic films. This provides a bright, wide‑angle reflection that stands out at night and in drizzle, fog or tunnel lighting. Drivers and forklift operators see the guidance sooner and react earlier, which reduces harsh braking and close calls in tight spaces.
Turn a single cone into a complete, communicative barrier. Snap a Skipper retractable tape unit onto the cone top to create a fast, continuous cordon between cones. Add a cone cap and slot in an A4 sign holder to deliver an unmistakable instruction right at eye level: “Do not enter”, “Goods in”, or “Lane closed”. All components attach without tools, so the layout can be adapted within minutes as deliveries arrive, tasks move or weather shifts. This flexibility saves time for supervisors and keeps the work area clearly defined throughout the day.
The 550 mm base is moulded from a recycled rubber compound for a low centre of gravity without extra weights. It is gentle on indoor floors and coated surfaces, and the internal ribbing resists compression under forklift tyres. In practice that means the cone stays upright during close manoeuvres and doesn’t leave scuffs on epoxy or polished concrete.
The Skipper traffic cone is designed and manufactured in the United Kingdom and complies with EN requirements for portable road cones. UV‑stabilised plastics prevent colour fade, and the body material maintains impact strength even in freezing temperatures, so one cone covers indoor and outdoor duties across the seasons.
