The one‑piece, moulded polyurethane saddle seat is seamless and easy to wipe clean. It resists oil, grease, mild chemicals and stray welding spatter better than padded fabric seats. The saddle seat is moulded from integral polyurethane (PU) in a single piece, so there are no seams to trap dirt and no upholstery to wear through. This material choice offers the resilience and easy maintenance required on production lines, in laboratories and in technical work areas where oil, grease, coolants or cleaning agents are handled.
Integral polyurethane forms a dense, slightly compliant skin around a firm core. Unlike fabric or foam upholstery, it does not absorb oils or moisture, and it shrugs off knocks, cuts and compression that would quickly mark softer materials.
A robust gas spring provides a generous 480–680 mm height range. This allows operators of different statures to position themselves correctly at standard benches as well as at raised assembly or inspection tables. The single, conveniently placed lever can be reached without shifting position, so adjustments are quick when alternating between tasks. Correct seat height supports a neutral, upright spine and frees the shoulders and arms for accurate work. The saddle profile also narrows the stance, allowing the user to sit close to fixtures and maintain a stable, balanced posture.
