With a drain valve at the base, the only thing that moves is the liquid itself. The lever handle provides immediate, repeatable control: crack it open for a thin stream into a measuring jug, or open fully when draining to a larger vessel. Because the forklift driver does not need to lift or tilt the skip, the truck stays stable and available for other tasks.
