Small parts cause big delays when they are spread across worktops, shelves and half-empty boxes. The Treston double-sided bin trolley is made for exactly this kind of everyday problem: screws, nuts, fittings, spare parts, labels, small tools and production components need to be stored close to the work, but still clearly sorted. This mobile bin trolley gives those parts a fixed place and can be moved to the workstation, assembly area, packing point or maintenance task where the parts are needed.

This ready-made Treston storage combination includes the trolley and two sizes of blue stacking bins. The different bin sizes make it easier to separate small components by type, size, article number or job stage. Frequently used parts can be placed at hand height, while reserve items or slower-moving items can be placed lower on the trolley.

With 72 stacking bins in one mobile unit, the trolley works well as a compact small parts storage station. The two-sided design gives more usable bin space than a single-sided rack while keeping the footprint practical for industrial aisles and work areas.

Trolley for warehouses, workshops and production

The BT-170B trolley has a light grey, powder-coated steel frame and a steel lower shelf. The frame is designed for regular industrial use, and the neutral RAL 7035 colour fits well with most workshop, warehouse and production interiors. The trolley is equipped with bin rails for hanging the stacking bins, so the bins stay in a clear picking position and can be arranged according to the user’s workflow.

The rail width is 753 mm, and the rail height can be adjusted in 39 mm steps. This makes the layout more flexible when different bin sizes, product groups or picking priorities are used. The combination supplied here is built around 1525 and 1930 stacking bins, but the adjustable rail positions also help when the user wants to keep the most important bins at the easiest reach height.

Four Ø 100 mm swivel castors make the bin trolley easy to move in normal indoor industrial environments. Two of the castors have brakes, so the trolley can be locked in place during picking, replenishment or assembly work. The lower shelf gives additional space for boxes, packages, tools or temporary items that do not need to be placed in the picking bins. The trolley load capacity is 150 kg according to the supplied product information.

Open-front stacking bins and picking bins for fast work

The Treston 1525 and 1930 stacking bins are designed for daily small parts handling. Their open front gives clear access to the contents, which is important when parts are picked repeatedly during a shift. Workers can see what is in the bin, take the required item and continue without lifting lids or pulling out drawers.

The corrugated base helps with small and flat items. It makes it easier to pick up washers, screws, labels, clips and similar items from the bottom of the bin. Straight sides help use the bin space efficiently, and bins of the same width can be stacked securely when they are used outside the trolley or stored as reserve stock.

The coloured stacking bins are made of polypropylene (PP). Their temperature resistance is -20 … +75 °C, and they resist oils, most acids, alkalis and solvents. Dividers are also available for depthwise separation when one bin needs to hold several related items. The stacking bins are available in blue, red and grey, depending on the selected model and stock.
