Cantilever racking is a robust, open-front storage system built for long and bulky items such as steel bars, pipes, timber and sheet materials. With no front uprights, loading and picking is fast and safe by forklift or crane. The racks feature adjustable arms to suit bundle sizes, and the modular design scales from a small workshop to a high-throughput warehouse. For outdoor yards, a hot-dip galvanized option resists weather all year.

Cantilever racking is purpose-built for long loads and irregular items: steel sections, tubes, bars, timber packs and large panels. The clear, open front means every level is accessible, so forklifts can place and retrieve bundles without the obstruction of front beams. This makes cantilever racks a natural choice for engineering shops, sawmills, wholesalers and builder’s merchants.
The system is modular. You specify upright height and arm length to suit your product lengths and bundle diameters. Core parts include uprights, bases, cantilever arms and spine bracing. Arms are available as clip-in for rapid adjustment or as bolted arms for high capacities. Choose cold-formed profiles for general duty or hot-rolled sections for demanding industrial loads. Optional adjustable arms, end stops and dividers improve safety and organization.
Single-sided racks sit neatly against a wall and save floor space. Double-sided rows provide access from both aisles and deliver the highest storage density. All levels can be serviced by forklift, which streamlines picking and put-away in fast-moving warehouses.
For exterior yards and weather-exposed areas, hot-dip galvanized cantilever racking provides long-term corrosion resistance. Indoors, painted systems offer a cost-effective finish and a clean appearance.
