WG Textile Strapping 13 mm Mini Roll – fast, practical strapping without machines

A pallet is ready earlier than expected. A pipe bundle has to be moved to the next station. Or a cardboard bale needs tying so the press can keep running. In these situations you don’t want to organise a strapping machine, you want a strap you can take to the load and tighten in seconds. WG Textile Strapping is built for that kind of everyday work.

The strap is made from woven PET fibre (textile) and feels soft in the hands. It is tightened by hand and locked with galvanized metal buckles, so you can strap and bundle without separate machines or powered tools. The compact roll format is easy to carry and is also suitable for use in many balers.

Soft on surfaces, dependable in handling

With WG Textile Strapping, the woven PET structure gives you a strap that is flexible and gentle on sensitive surfaces, yet designed to cope with pulling and vibration during normal handling and transport. This makes the strap especially practical with goods that are painted, coated or otherwise surface-sensitive. Instead of biting into the load, the strap lays against it. You still get stability, but with less risk of surface damage when the goods are lifted, shifted or stored.

Manual closure with galvanized metal buckles

The closure method is straightforward: galvanized metal buckles and manual tensioning. For many everyday bundling tasks, pulling the strap tight by hand is enough to stabilise the load. The buckle gives you a simple, mechanical lock.

Mini roll format

The mini roll contains 250 metres of 13 mm strap. It gives you plenty of material for repeated jobs while keeping the roll compact enough to carry to the load. In many operations this is simply easier than dragging a large coil to a workstation or trying to store bulky rolls near the packing area.
