Security roll container built for busy warehouses

When goods have to move quickly but stay protected, a security roll container is the simplest way to add control without slowing work down. This wide model provides the familiar roll cage handling feel with extra space on a Euro‑pallet footprint and a strong 600 kg rating. Dense 50 × 50 mm mesh keeps contents in view yet out of reach, cutting product loss and preventing small parts from slipping through the sides.

Lockable door

The side opening measures 720 mm to suit pallet truck forks and bulky cartons. The door is designed for a padlock so you can seal loads during internal transfers or when staging in busy areas. Padlock not included.

Smooth rolling

Two fixed and two swivel Ø 125 mm castors make the cage trolley easy to guide along concrete aisles, epoxy floors and loading ramps. The steering pair turns tightly at dock doors while the fixed wheels keep the trolley tracking straight over longer runs. Low rolling resistance helps one person move a full load confidently.

Generous internal volume

External dimensions are 1200 × 800 × 1870 mm, so the unit fits neatly with Euro‑pallet based transport and storage. The footprint makes planning simple in trailers, lifts and marshalling lanes, and the added width gives room for awkward items that don’t sit well on standard narrow roll pallets. Mesh sides allow instant visual checks at goods‑in and at picking stations.

The frame is made from electro‑galvanised steel for durability in daily use. A 600 kg load capacity covers heavy spare parts, grouped orders and high‑value retail returns without resorting to over‑engineered equipment.
