A weighing pallet truck (pallet truck with scale) combines a standard hand pallet truck with an integrated weighing function. You lift, move and verify the load weight in the same workflow – ideal for goods-in, dispatch and quick inventory checks.
The scale is built into the forks and the display shows the weight directly at the truck, so there is no need to queue for a separate floor scale. Our pallet truck scales cover both manual models and electric pallet trucks with scales for larger sites or heavier handling.

A scale-equipped pallet truck lets operators lift and weigh pallets at the point of work. The weighing system sits inside the forks and the readout is on the handle unit, so weight verification becomes part of normal pallet handling. This saves walking to a platform scale and helps avoid overloading during transport inside the warehouse.
Typical use cases include goods receiving (quick weight checks against delivery notes), dispatch (confirming shipping weights), production (batch control) and cycle counts in the warehouse. Because the weight is shown on the truck, it supports fast quality checks and reduces bottlenecks at fixed scales.
For extended travel, a battery-powered pallet truck with scale is a straightforward choice. For precise manual work, the Rocla RHW‑21 offers 1 kg readability with four load cells. When higher precision is required, the Rocla RHW‑22 Dual enables weighing to approximately 200 g, runs on a 12 V battery and is supplied with a separate charging dock. A truck can also be equipped with a printer to produce weight receipts at the point of loading.
