A plastic pallet is easy to store, durable and fully recyclable. It does not absorb moisture and withstands rain and outdoor storage without swelling or splintering, keeping goods and racks clean. Typical load capacity by model ranges from 500–3500 kg.
Plastic pallets are available in EUR 1200×800 mm and FIN 1200×1000 mm sizes, plus a half‑Euro 800×600 mm option. Choose nestable lightweight models to save space, or rackable pallets with three runners for high‑bay use. Decks can be closed or open, and an optional 7 mm safety rim helps prevent slippage.
Where hygiene matters, H1 hygienic pallets with smooth closed decks are easy to wash and ideal for food, pharmaceutical and cleanroom use. Long service life, repeated reuse and end‑of‑life recyclability make plastic pallets a cost‑efficient and responsible choice across production, warehousing and transport.

Plastic pallets keep operations consistent in changing weather and demanding shifts. Unlike wood, they do not absorb water, they resist mould and pests, and they clean down quickly with water or disinfectant. That makes them suitable for covered and outdoor use alike and reduces time spent on maintenance.
Load ratings depend on design and use. As a guide, plastic pallets typically carry around 500–3500 kg. Steel‑reinforced models with steel tube reinforcement offer higher stiffness for racking and can reach up to 4500 kg. Reinforcement also stabilises performance across temperature changes. Always check dynamic, static and racking limits for the specific pallet and ensure loads are evenly distributed.
To fit existing systems, pallets are available in EUR 1200×800 mm and FIN/ISO 1200×1000 mm footprints. For retail and tight spaces, a half‑Euro 800×600 mm format is also common. These sizes integrate smoothly with standard racking, conveyors and forklift handling.
Choose the build for your flow. Nestable pallets with feet stack inside one another to minimise empty‑pallet volume in storage and return transport. Select a closed deck for hygiene and easy washing or an open deck for faster drainage and lower weight.
Where cleanliness is critical, H1 hygienic pallets with smooth, sealed surfaces prevent dirt traps and are designed for regular washing. They suit food processing, pharmaceuticals and chemical packaging, and are available in both EUR and 1200×1000 formats.
Plastic pallets deliver a long service life with minimal repair. Many models are produced from recycled material and, at end of life, the plastic can be reprocessed into new pallets or other industrial products.
