Durable and practical, these open front small parts bins, also called picking bins are designed for daily handling and storage in stores, production and warehouses. The half‑open front gives instant visibility and fast access, while the ribbed base makes it easier to pick tiny components. When a bin is tilted, parts won’t slide into a pile. The front edge is lower for fingertip access.
Bins are dimensioned to fit standard shelves, bin trolleys and louvre panels via bin rails. Units of the same width stack securely even when depths differ, so space is used efficiently. Size range covers depths 165–500 mm, widths 105–310 mm and heights 75–182 mm.
Material options cover polypropylene as standard, crystal‑clear polystyrene and semiconductive ESD bins for electronics. All bins resist oils and most common acids, alkalis and solvents and do not become brittle over time.

Open front access keeps contents visible and speeds up picking. A ribbed, grippy base helps you lift small parts out cleanly. The lowered front edge supports fast, one‑handed work. Bins of the same width stack firmly even if the depths vary, and the range is sized to fit standard shelving, bin stands and louvred panels. These stacking bins perform in everyday use on the line and at the bench.
All small parts bins offer excellent resistance to oils and to most acids, alkalis and solvents, and they are designed not to become brittle over years of use.
Organise the bin interior with transverse dividers. Label holders with a protective film keep codes readable. Lids are available on request.
0.6–5 L bins can be fixed to a workstation’s perforated back with a bin rail. The rail is 700 mm long, made from epoxy powder‑coated steel in grey, and has an approximate load capacity of 50 kg.
Ready‑made bin stand combinations are available. The stands dedicated to open‑front bins are sturdy and high quality. Models include single‑ and double‑sided versions and mobile stands with castors. In shelving or on louvre panels, these picking bins stay organised and easy to access.
