Fast and Easy Implementation
Optical navigation is quick to install and highly accurate, working effectively up to a hall height of 16 meters. Project and navigation installation timelines span days rather than months, unlike fully integrated automatic solutions. Its quick setup also enables short-term rental possibilities.
Enhanced Safety Features
Safety is ensured through a combination of collision bumpers and LIDAR sensors. Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR) technology measures distances by emitting laser beams and calculating the reflection time. This method provides real-time information on distance and object location.
An additional ultrasonic sensor further enhances safety by detecting softer objects from a greater distance, alerting people with an audible warning before automatically stopping the robot. Optical proximity sensors at the tips of the forks enable precise pallet positioning.
