When tools, metal parts and consumables have to survive rough handling and fast temperature swings, the SmartStore™ Pro 31 L impact‑resistant storage box steps in. The box is moulded from thick, black polypropylene (BPA‑free) that shrugs off hard knocks. It keeps its shape in a freezing loading bay and stays dimensionally stable in hot workshop air up to +100 °C.

Impact‑resistant build

The SmartStore Pro 31 L storage box is engineered for reliability in mixed environments: maintenance rooms, assembly cells, van racking and temporary outdoor jobs. The material choice matters. Polypropylene combines high toughness with low moisture uptake, so the box resists cracks in frost and doesn’t soften under heat within the specified range. Corners and rims are designed to distribute impact energy, helping the container cope with drops and hard set‑downs common in busy warehouses.

Latching, airtight lid

Two robust latches pull the lid down tight for an airtight closure. Dust from grinding, airborne moisture and stray metal filings stay out, smells, oils and liquids remain inside the box. The latching lid also prevents accidental pop‑opens during transport between workstations or when the box is moved on a trolley.

Stackable when full, nestable when empty

SmartStore Pro boxes stack safely on the lid, so full containers travel and park securely on shelving, pallets or service carts. The lid geometry interlocks with the base of the box above to stabilise the column and reduce shifting in manual handling. When empty, the boxes nest inside one another to cut return and storage volume by up to 70%.

Food‑grade, BPA‑free polypropylene

The material is approved for food contact and contains no BPA. That makes the SmartStore Pro 31 L storage box a practical choice for catering kits, ingredient packets, disposable cups or maintenance supplies kept near production lines. The smooth inner surface rinses clean without trapping residue, helping prevent odour and taste transfer between uses.
