When you want to extend a spill floor or reconfigure an existing line, these spill deck connectors provide a fast, repeatable way to lock two floor sump modules together and create a single, liquid‑tight span. No drilling and no messy sealants — just a clean push‑fit that holds firm yet can be released when your layout needs to change.

Built for the realities of industrial use

The connectors are moulded from high‑density polyethylene (HD‑PE), the same tough, chemical resistant material used in the floor sumps themselves. That gives consistent performance across the joint: resistance to oils and coolants in maintenance bays, to detergents in wash‑down zones and to many acids and alkalis in chemical stores. HD‑PE will not corrode, so the joint stays tight even in damp or outdoor locations.

What comes in a pack

Each pack contains one pair of spill deck connectors. One pair is sufficient for a single seam between two adjacent floor sump modules. For long runs you simply repeat the process seam by seam. Because the design is symmetrical, there is no left‑ or right‑hand part to mix up on the shop floor.

Plan any layout

Spill flooring shines when it adapts to the job. With these connectors you can build straightforward linear runs along a filling line, wrap around workbenches in an L‑shape, or branch into a T‑junction to feed a secondary process. The approach is the same: position the modules, make the seam with one pair per junction and extend the bunded area as the operation grows.
