The 4.5 m, 50 mm belt locks to the exact length you set and returns smoothly thanks to a controlled braking mechanism that prevents whip-back. A safe lock keeps the belt in place until you release it.
The metal belt barrier cassette mounts to the wall and provides a true 180° swivel so you can pull the belt straight to the receiver without twisting. A wall receiving bracket is included for the opposite side.

The Tensapole wall-mounted retractable belt barrier is designed for everyday crowd control and access management where floor space is limited. In hotel lobbies, museums, cash desks and public-sector foyers, a discreet wall unit keeps passageways clear while giving staff instant control of a 4.5 m span. The 50 mm belt is wide enough to be seen at a distance, yet the compact cassette sits low-profile on the wall for a smart, unobtrusive appearance.
When the situation changes, you can release the lock and let the self-retracting belt return at a controlled speed. The internal braking mechanism prevents sudden snap-back and reduces wear on the webbing and mechanism. That means safer operation for visitors and less maintenance for your team. A simple user lock lets you secure the belt in the extended position to keep routes closed against casual interference.
Every site is a little different. Corners, door reveals and service counters rarely line up perfectly. The Tensapole belt barrier cassette provides a 180° swivel so the webbing can track cleanly to the receiving point without side-loading or rubbing against the case. This reduces fraying on the belt edges and keeps the line looking straight and professional even in tight corridors and bends.
The wall-mounted belt cassette fixes directly to solid surfaces with standard wall fasteners. On the opposite side, a receiving bracket captures the belt end securely. The receiver is included, so you have everything you need to start guiding queues or closing off areas the day it arrives. Where you have long counters or multiple doorways, additional receivers can be fitted to provide flexible anchor points.
The housing is available in polished stainless steel for a timeless, high-traffic finish, or in matt black powder-coated steel when you prefer a discreet, low-glare look. Both finishes complement modern interiors and stand up to daily use in reception areas, shops and venues. The mechanism is engineered for indoor environments from +5 to +40 °C.
