Our industrial shelving and steel shelving adapt to different loads and layouts with adjustable shelves, modular shelving bays and robust steel uprights and beams. Systems such as Dexion HI280 and Dexion S90 cover both light and medium loads, so you can combine them into one efficient plan.
With boltless shelving and galvanised or powder‑coated components, steel shelving installs quickly and stands up to tough use. Shelves can be decked with steel panels, mesh or chipboard to match the goods and environment, from dry stockrooms to cooler rooms. If you need to lift picking speed, gravity flow shelving keeps cartons moving forward for first‑in, first‑out handling.

Metal shelving gives you strong, stable storage with a small footprint. Adjustable shelves and modular shelving bays let you build continuous runs, corners and work areas without wasted space. Frames, uprights and beams lock together in a boltless design, so reconfiguring as your stock changes is fast and safe. Deck the levels with steel panels, mesh or chipboard; choose galvanised components in damp or demanding environments.
For service parts, consumables and KANBAN picking, small parts shelving keeps everything visible and within reach. Dexion HI280 is a clip‑in, pre‑galvanised system designed to minimise the number of components and maximise clear access. Dexion S90 complements it with a robust, adjustable shelf design. Typical shelf loads are 110–235 kg per shelf for HI280 and 150–200 kg per shelf for S90, when installed and loaded correctly. Both systems can be extended into multi‑tier installations where walkways and handrails create additional picking levels without expanding your footprint.
Longspan shelving bridges wider bays with strong beams and deep shelves. It is ideal for hand‑loaded, heavier or oversized items that don’t suit standard archive bays. Combine steel or chipboard decking with mesh or safety stops where needed. Longspan shelving is a flexible middle ground between small parts shelving and pallet racking.
Where wheels and tyres need to be stored safely and accessed often, open beams can be used without decking to form tyre racking. Levels are easy to load by hand and the open front keeps sizes visible for seasonal changeovers. Depths around 400–500 mm are commonly chosen for passenger car tyres. For vans or SUVs, select a deeper bay and set clear beam spacing to support the tread without distortion.
We also supply used metal shelving when available. It’s a cost‑effective way to expand storage while staying within budget. Every used bay is inspected before delivery so you can rely on safe service life.
