S90 covers everyday picking from retail back rooms to engineering stores.
HI280 shelves lock into the uprights without screws and require no rear cross‑braces when the bay stands free, so both sides stay open for picking.
Dedicated tyre beams hold wheels upright, protecting their shape.
Where hygiene is critical, stainless steel shelves withstand moisture, chemicals and daily wash‑down. Options include static racks, mobile trolleys and wall shelves.
In high buildings, build S90, light‑beam or pallet‑rack bays two‑ or three‑storeys tall. A plywood or steel‑grating mezzanine floor rests on the steel frame; stairs, rails and gates ensure safety. Slow‑moving items can occupy the top tier, freeing lower levels for fast movers.
Mount S90 bays on floor rails. The carriages move manually or electrically so only one aisle is open at a time. Ideal for low rooms, archives or slow‑moving stock. Tight closure protects contents from dust and unauthorised access; locking is available.
Where floor space is limited, arrange bays in very narrow aisles. Order pickers use guided high‑reach trucks or lifts to access goods across multiple shelf levels, increasing capacity without extending the building.
For fast picking, place small items on sloping roller tracks. Goods are replenished from the rear and roll to the front under gravity, so picking and replenishment never interfere with each other. The result is faster throughput and clearer stock visibility.
