Girotec II WT wall‑mounted pallet stretch wrapper brings fast, repeatable pallet wrapping to places where every square metre matters. The rotating arm circles the load while the pallet stays still, so there’s no turntable taking up floor space and no risk of an unstable stack toppling during rotation. The result is a tight, transport‑ready wrap with minimal film use.
Built for everyday reliability, the Girotec II WT delivers 15–25 pallets per hour depending on the load. An optimised film feed prevents over‑wrapping and helps you control packaging costs. The rigid swing arm handles heavy pallet loads up to 1000 kg and tall items up to 2000 mm wrap height.
Installation is straightforward: the unit fixes to a wall or pillar, freeing aisles for forklift traffic. Power requirements are 220–240 V / 50 Hz. Typical pallet sizes include 800 × 1200 mm and 1200 × 1200 mm, wrapped at an arm speed of 11 rpm. With its compact footprint, rugged design and efficient film use, Girotec II WT is a practical choice for warehouses, production lines and cold stores.

When floor space is tight but pallet wrapping must stay fast, safe and consistent, the Girotec II WT wall‑mounted rotary arm stretch wrapper is designed to fit the job. The rotating arm moves the film around a stationary load, so you only need the footprint of the pallet itself. Aisles remain clear for trucks and pickers, and there is no turntable to install, service or avoid with a pallet jack.
Unlike turntable wrappers that spin the load, a rotary arm pallet wrapper keeps the pallet still and circles it with an overhead arm. That approach is ideal for tall, light or unstable loads that shouldn’t rotate, and it is equally effective on very heavy pallets that exceed typical turntable limits. The WT configuration mounts to a wall or pillar to free floor area, making it a solid option for retrofit projects and narrow wrapping zones.
The Girotec II WT is built for everyday productivity. With a typical capacity of 15–25 pallets per hour (depending on load size), it slots neatly into small production cells and shipping areas. The swing arm runs at 11 rpm to deliver a tight, repeatable film pattern, and the control program optimises film usage so you use exactly what’s needed—no more, no less.
Because the arm wraps around a stationary pallet, the machine occupies virtually no floor area beyond the pallet itself. Forklift lanes stay open, staging space remains usable, and housekeeping is simpler. Wall‑mounting also reduces the risk of turntable‑related trip points and simplifies cleaning beneath the wrapping area.
The rigid arm and balanced motion help maintain load stability from the first wrap to the top banding. The machine handles pallet loads up to 1000 kg and provides a maximum wrapping height of 2000 mm, covering most warehouse and production requirements. Typical pallet sizes include 800 × 1200 mm (EUR) and 1200 × 1200 mm, both easily accommodated without a rotating deck.
Good wrapping is about more than speed. Girotec II WT uses an optimised film feed that helps you achieve consistent containment while avoiding over‑wrapping. The design accepts a film roll up to Ø 180 mm. With the pallet fixed on the floor, the film can be applied at even tension from the base to the top of the load for neat corners, secure layers and minimal film waste.
The unit operates from a standard 220–240 V / 50 Hz supply. Overall dimensions are 2320 × 2920 × 2400 mm (W×D×H) and the machine weight is approximately 190 kg. The robust wall‑mount frame makes it straightforward to anchor the wrapper to a structural wall or pillar; there is no turntable to align and no ramp to manage for pallet jacks.
