The Workshop Repair Workstation 2 is a purpose-built heavy-duty workbench designed for demanding maintenance, assembly and production work. It pairs a thick steel worktop with a rigid, powder-coated steel frame in light grey RAL 7035. With a 750 kg total load capacity and height-adjustable legs from 750 to 1000 mm, it provides the stability, ergonomics and configurability professionals expect from an industrial station.
The 50 mm steel worktop resists hot swarf, oil and point loads from heavy components. It provides a flat, durable surface that keeps fasteners, fixtures and service parts under control. Paired with a welded, braced frame in RAL 7035, the bench maintains alignment under load so precision operations remain repeatable.
Operators differ and tasks change over a shift. The legs adjust smoothly between 750–1000 mm, allowing a comfortable, neutral posture for seated or standing work. Setting the correct height reduces reach, supports better force application and helps minimise fatigue.
Below the top, three steel drawers run on ball-bearing slides for reliable, quiet motion. A central locking system keeps the contents secure between shifts.
