Short-term (Open-ended) Rental Agreement
Most products can be rented with a short-term agreement, either open-ended or fixed-term. After the rental period ends or upon termination according to the agreed notice period, the equipment is returned to the rental provider based on the rental terms.

Leasing (Long-Term Rental)
Leasing refers to the typically long-term rental of movable assets, suitable when equipment needs are ongoing or continuous.
Finance Leasing
A leasing agreement can be structured as pure finance leasing, meaning the lessee is responsible for the equipment’s maintenance and servicing. In this scenario, the equipment serves merely as collateral for the agreement. The lessor carries responsibility for the equipment’s residual value, and any buyout of the leased equipment at the end of the term is negotiated based on its market value.
Operating Lease (Service Lease)
In an operating lease, the monthly rental fee covers regular maintenance and routine servicing. Choosing an operating lease makes budgeting your equipment’s operating costs straightforward. However, operating leases do not typically cover costs from improper use, accidents, or insurance expenses.
