The hot‑dip zinc coating stands up to rain, frost and rough handling, so you can park the bin outdoors or move it between buildings without worrying about surface corrosion or rust marks.

The body is manufactured from hot‑dip galvanised steel. Unlike thin electro‑galvanising or paint alone, hot‑dip zinc forms a continuous layer that also shields cut edges and minor scratches. In everyday use that means far fewer maintenance worries and a surface that tolerates incidental sparks and embers from welding, cutting and furnace work. The rigid construction absorbs knocks from scrap pieces and tools without deforming, and the smooth metal interior makes it easy to lift out liners or brush away residues.

You can adapt the container to your process with factory‑fit options. Choose a painted lid or a fully painted bin. Add a foot pedal for hands‑free opening, a lid latch for transport security and a lid gasket to limit odour escape. For liquids and oily residues there is an oil‑drain tap option. If you need controlled loading, specify a charge opening in the lid. For mechanical handling, forklift pockets can be added. A bag holder is available when you want to line the container without the liner slipping as the bin fills.
