This galvanised castor ring turns a standard 115 L or 160 L round waste bin into a mobile base that follows the work without lifting or dragging. In busy warehouses and production areas the difference is immediate: collection points move to the task instead of the other way round, material flow improves, and floors stay tidier because the bin is always within reach.

Built for industrial handling

The structural ring is made of galvanised steel to resist rust in damp, dirty and chemically exposed environments. It keeps its shape under daily loads and tolerates contact with common workshop contaminants. Four ball‑bearing castors share the load and keep the bin rolling with minimum effort. The castor tread damps vibration and helps to protect epoxy coatings and tiled surfaces while still coping with concrete, seams and outdoor paving.

The platform steers easily. Because the bin dolly rotates on the spot, you can line up the bin precisely at the point of use, turn between machine stands, or slip through narrow rack aisles.

One adapter ring for two capacities

The included adapter ring has a conical profile that tightens against the bin bottom for a firm seat. The same adapter fits both 115 L and 160 L round bins. That reduces stockkeeping and simplifies ordering for teams that operate mixed bin sizes across different areas. It also means the same mobile base can move with the process when a work cell switches from a smaller to a larger bin.
