The tipping skip castors convert a static container into a nimble unit that you can push through tight spaces without a forklift or pallet truck. Sized for 300–900 L tipping skips, the bolt‑on castor set installs via the pre‑drilled holes in the base and keeps everyday waste handling quick and safe on busy floors.
NOTE. The castor set is compatible only with Tipping Skip 300–900 L.

Adding tipping skip castors is a low‑cost way to reduce forklift mileage, clear bottlenecks and keep work moving between machines, cells and sorting points. This castor set Ø 100 mm converts a static tipping skip into a hand‑pushed unit that fits narrow aisles and congested areas where trucks or pallet jacks struggle.
The 100 mm wheel diameter strikes a practical balance between footprint and handling. It adds only a modest 130 mm to the overall build height, so loading height remains comfortable beside presses, saws and CNC machines. At the same time, the wheel size is large enough for typical warehouse floors: concrete with expansion joints, epoxy‑coated surfaces and short ramps. For many maintenance teams and production lines, this is the sweet spot for day‑to‑day internal moves.
Downtime is expensive. That is why the set is designed to use the skip’s existing fixing points. Position the two wheel plates under the base, align with the pre‑drilled holes and secure with the supplied bolts and nuts. No welding, drilling or special tools are required. One person can complete the job with standard spanners in a short maintenance window.
Once fitted, the wheel set for tipping skip lets operators push full or partially filled containers by hand over short distances. This is ideal for point‑of‑use collection: roll the skip from the machine or workbench to a central sorting area, tip, and return. In tight production cells or service corridors where a pallet truck cannot turn, hand movement keeps the flow going and reduces waiting time for a truck to arrive.
The set includes 2 fixed castors and 2 swivel castors. The fixed pair keeps the skip tracking straight on longer runs, while the swivel pair provides easy steering at corners and around obstacles. This arrangement is the industrial standard for balancing control and manoeuvrability, and it makes training simple for any operator familiar with trolleys or dollies.
