Drum Trolley TK moves 200 litre steel and plastic drums quickly and safely. A reinforced toe plate supports the drum base while a double‑tooth quick‑lock clamp grips the rim firmly, so the load stays stable on uneven floors.
The robust, galvanised steel frame resists corrosion in damp yards and chemical handling areas. Large Ø 300 mm pneumatic tyres roll smoothly over expansion joints, gravel and thresholds, reducing vibration and noise for the operator.

When 200 litre drums need to move, the quickest way is often the simplest: tip, clamp and roll. Drum Trolley TK is a purpose‑built drum trolley that lets one person relocate a full 200 l drum with confidence on concrete, asphalt or compacted yard surfaces. The reinforced toe plate supports the base, the double‑tooth quick‑lock clamp secures on the rolling rim, and the large Ø 300 mm pneumatic tyres smooth out bumps and thresholds.
Mixed fleets are the norm: steel tight‑head, open‑top with ring, and high‑density plastic drums. This trolley supports them all. The clamp geometry is optimised for the drum rim and the plate keeps the centreline of the load inside the wheelbase during the initial tilt. That combination helps prevent side‑loading and keeps the drum upright once you are rolling.
The integrated locking mechanism uses a double‑tooth jaw that bites onto the drum rim as you bring the trolley back to the travel position. Once engaged, the clamp resists vertical bounce and lateral movement so the drum stays with the truck over joints, ramps or patchy yard repairs. Release is just as quick when you set the drum down, so the trolley cycles fast between pick‑ups.
The toe plate measures 150 × 450 mm (D × W), giving a wide, stiff platform that spreads contact forces at the base. That extra bearing area keeps the drum from digging in or twisting the plate, which protects the frame and makes the tilt feel lighter and more predictable for the operator.
A galvanised steel finish shields the frame from rust in wash‑down zones, wet loading docks and outdoor storage. It stands up to splashes and humidity far better than painted finishes, helping the trolley stay serviceable for the long haul with minimal maintenance.
Large‑diameter pneumatic tyres roll easily over expansion joints, cable protectors and compacted gravel. The bigger footprint lowers rolling resistance and absorbs vibration, which makes the route quieter and kinder to both operator and contents. On long pushes you will notice the difference immediately compared with small, hard wheels.
Teams often handle a mix of containers. With a lock‑handle height range of 620–1100 mm, the TK adapts quickly without tools. Operators can set a reach that keeps elbows down and wrists neutral, which reduces strain and improves control when tipping a full drum off the ground.
Good drum handling starts with a stable geometry. The TK keeps the drum’s centre of gravity close to the axle once tipped, so the weight carries through the wheels instead of the wrists. The 18 kg net weight adds a planted feel without being cumbersome, and the closed frame shields hands during tight turns through doorways or between racking. Because the clamp holds the rim, the operator doesn’t need to hug the drum or rely on straps that can slacken under vibration.
