The electro‑galvanised (zinc‑plated) steel frame resists rust in wash bays and outdoor yard storage, keeping the trolley looking good and working reliably year after year without repainting.
The integrated clamp mechanism grips the stack automatically as the nose slides under the tyres. With a single push you lift and move a set of four car tyres, protecting backs and saving time when the season is at its busiest.
Pneumatic wheels roll smoothly over concrete joints and ramp thresholds yet are kind to epoxy floors. The 200 kg capacity handles a full stack of passenger car tyres, and the 19 kg own weight keeps the tyre trolley easy to control when empty.

The frame is manufactured from steel and finished with an electro‑galvanised (zinc‑plated) coating. Compared to painted surfaces, zinc plating provides reliable corrosion resistance in damp and wet environments and requires no touch‑up painting after regular washing. The clean, industrial finish suits workshops, storage rooms and covered outdoor areas where equipment is exposed to moisture and dirt. Because the surface is bonded to the steel, it stands up well to knocks and day‑to‑day wear.
An integrated clamp mechanism makes this more than a standard sack truck. Slide the nose plate under the stack, tip the trolley back and the gripper closes automatically around the tyres. The result is a secure hold on a complete set of four car tyres with one movement.
Large pneumatic wheels with steel rims smooth out expansion joints, thresholds and the small height differences you meet at workshop doors and ramps.
