Built around a heavy-duty Workshop frame, this maintenance workbench is made for demanding repair and service tasks in workshops, machine shops and industry. The 50 mm thick steel worktop delivers a rigid, wear‑resistant surface and carries 750 kg, so clamping, hammering and repetitive tightening stay accurate day after day.
Adjustable upright tubes support two M750 perforated panels. Hooks, shelves and bin rails lock onto the uprights without drilling, so you can reorganize the layout in seconds as tasks change.
The uprights include an integrated light and balancer rail with a TIL850 LED task light. The rail lets you hang a torque wrench or screw gun to reduce arm and shoulder strain during long fastening sequences.

The Workshop Maintenance Workbench 2 is a complete industrial workbench package built for heavy maintenance, service and rework. It combines a 50 mm steel worktop, a modular M750 perforated tool panel system and an LED work light with a balancer rail.
At the heart of the workbench is a 50 mm thick steel worktop sized 1500 × 750 mm. The steel surface resists impact, abrasion and oil, and the mass of the top dampens vibration so measurements and torque settings stay consistent. The evenly distributed load capacity is 750 kg, providing a stable platform for mechanical assemblies, bearing changes, gearbox work and fixture‑based service tasks. Edges and corners are finished for workshop use, so moving assemblies on and off the surface is controlled and predictable.
Behind the steel worktop, height‑adjustable upright tubes carry two M750 perforated tool panels. The perforation grid and accessory locking method mean hooks, holders, shelves and bin rails mount without drilling. When a new job lands on the bench, you can shift a power‑tool holster higher, add a bin rail for fasteners or reposition a shelf for torque tools in a few seconds. The M750 module size is widely used in professional workshops, ensuring a broad range of compatible accessories. Because the panels are mounted to uprights rather than directly to the wall, the system moves with the workbench and remains aligned with the work surface.
Good lighting and smart tool handling reduce errors and strain. This workbench includes a TIL850 LED task light installed on the integrated light and balancer rail. The LED work light casts an even field across the work area to minimize shadows, helping with thread inspection, seal placement and colour‑coded wiring. The balancer rail lets you suspend a screw gun, nutrunner or torque wrench above the work zone.
The frame is powder‑coated steel in RAL 7035, chosen for high abrasion and chemical resistance in daily use. The steel worktop is easy to clean with standard workshop methods. Routine upkeep is limited to surface cleaning and occasional checks of fasteners. With the rigid frame and 50 mm top, the bench stays square and free from rattle even with frequent clamping operations.
