This Euro stack and nest container combines two modes in a single, durable box. It stacks securely when loaded to keep pallet columns straight and safe. Tt nests inside the next box to cut the air you move and store. The Euro‑standard footprint of 600 x 400 mm integrates with pallets, roll cages and conveyors across your warehouse network, so you can standardise without special adaptors or custom trays.

Euro footprint for smooth logistics

The base size follows the Euro module at 600 x 400 mm. That means the 66 L tote works in neat layers on EUR 1200 x 800 mm pallets, rides cleanly on belts and rollers, and lines up with racking, dollies and lifters built for Euronorm boxes.

Two functions

In daily use the container behaves like a fixed straight‑sided tote when it’s loaded: rims engage so the box above sits squarely for stable stacking. Once it’s empty it becomes a stack and nest container, dropping inside its partner to compress volume for returns and storage between cycles.

Industrial‑grade polypropylene

The body is moulded from rigid polypropylene (PP) for a strong, long‑life box that resists everyday knocks. Smooth inner walls make it quick to wipe down and help prevent snagging of bags, sleeves and labels. The material tolerates most routine warehouse detergents used in cleaning and keeps its shape in service so stacked columns stay true.

Comfortable manual handling

Generous hand grips on the short faces give you good control when lifting or tipping. The rim is comfortable in the hand and designed to take day‑in, day‑out knocks on picking lines, assembly cells and loading docks.
