The Rocla RXE10 is a battery‑powered scissor lift pallet truck that turns a standard pallet into an adjustable work surface. At the push of a button the forks elevate the load to 800 mm, bringing cartons, totes and components to a neutral, back‑friendly reach. Tasks such as packing, kitting, inspection and line‑side assembly move faster because the operator no longer has to bend or lift by hand. Compared with a fixed lift table, the RXE10 keeps the pallet mobile, so the same unit can serve multiple workstations throughout the shift.

Built for repetitive lifting

RXE10 is designed for frequent cycle work. The battery‑powered hydraulic unit handles the full 1000 kg rated capacity again and again without pumping by hand. This makes the electric scissor lift pallet truck a practical choice for long picking runs, staging areas and flexible cell production where the working height changes as layers are removed or added.

Electric hydraulic lift

A 12 V / 75 Ah traction battery supplies the hydraulic power. In typical use you get up to 12 hours of running time from one charge, and the integrated charger brings the battery back to full in a maximum of 12 hours. There is no separate charging station to manage, just connect the lead at the end of the day and the truck is ready for the next morning. Electric lift also reduces noise compared with manual pumping and removes repetitive strain from the user, which helps maintain consistent throughput over long shifts.

Workstation‑height

The effective working window is wide. With the forks fully raised to 800 mm, the top of the pallet comes into a comfortable reach zone for most operators, reducing stooping and twisting. As items are removed, the operator can make quick height adjustments to keep the work posture neutral. At floor level, the 85 mm lowered fork height slides smoothly under standard EUR pallets, so the same truck can lift, position and move without a change of equipment.

Smooth, quiet travel on polyurethane wheels

Single polyurethane load wheels carry the weight with low rolling resistance and minimal noise, while the polyurethane steering wheel offers controlled maneuvering around benches, racking and machines. The wheel materials are floor‑friendly, which helps keep concrete and epoxy surfaces in good condition over time. On smooth floors the truck tracks precisely, and short repositioning moves can be made quietly even in noise‑sensitive areas.

Rigid scissor construction for stability

A welded steel scissor frame resists sway at full extension. The stable geometry, combined with the truck’s 141 kg own weight, helps keep the pallet level so cartons and parts stay put. The result is predictable handling even when you are working at maximum height. The scissor design also gives the operator clear visibility to the fork tips when engaging a pallet, aiding accurate entry at low height and steady vertical lift up to the set working level.
