Where a ride-on platform stacker makes the difference

A ride-on stacker helps when travel distances add up or the number of pallet moves per shift is high. The foldable platform lets the operator step on for longer runs and fold it up for close work at the dock, in picking areas or where space is tight. Side protection arms support the body during travel.

Capacity, lift and mast

The ES16-RS is rated at 1600 kg with a 600 mm load centre. With its triplex mast the truck reaches a 5 m lift (5,000 mm), giving clear performance for most standard warehouse racking heights. High lift and lowering speeds contribute to productivity, while the truck’s low centre of gravity supports confident, stable handling when placing pallets into position.

Smooth control

Accurate handling protects goods and minimises damage. Electric power steering reduces effort at the tiller and allows fine adjustments when aligning forks to a pallet entry. A proportional valve provides progressive, smooth control of lift and lower functions so the driver can feather the load into place. Together with AC traction and lift motors, these features make the ES16-RS easy to drive and gentle on goods.

Operator platform and ergonomics

The foldable ride platform gives stand-on comfort for travel between work zones. Spring-assisted side supports increase confidence at higher speeds, and the anti-slip surface helps the driver maintain a secure stance. When folded, the platform reduces the overall length so the truck can work like a pedestrian unit when required.

Lithium-ion battery for intermittent use

The ES16-RS is equipped with a lithium-ion battery (24/205 V/Ah). Li-ion chemistry tolerates deep discharge and idle periods better than lead-acid batteries, which makes the truck well suited to sites with seasonal peaks, multi-purpose equipment pools or irregular utilisation. Charging is simple with the included external 24 V/100 A charger. The battery status display keeps the operator informed through the shift.

Travel and lift performance

Travel speed is 5.5 km/h loaded and 6 km/h unloaded. The electric pallet stacker set-up keeps acceleration predictable and gentle so loads stay stable. AC traction and lift motors deliver reliable power with minimal maintenance requirements. Polyurethane wheels provide a balance of quiet rolling and floor protection.

Standard equipment

As standard, the ES16-RS includes AC motors for drive and lift, an external charger (24 V/100 A), a proportional valve for precise raising and lowering, electric power steering, a key switch, an easy-to-read battery charge indicator and a spring-loaded document holder. The foldable operator platform and side guards come as standard, giving the benefits of a ride-on stacker with the flexibility to switch to walk-behind when needed. The truck is CE approved.
