Zallys M8 is intended for situations where the load length is the main challenge. Typical examples include steel tubes and bars, plastic pipes, aluminium profiles and HVAC ducts. In production environments the move is often repeated many times per shift: from incoming goods to buffer storage, from storage to a cutting or machining station, and from there to assembly or dispatch. A dedicated long-load transporter helps keep these transfers consistent, so the same one-person move stays under control from pick-up to drop-off.

3,000 kg capacity for heavy bundles

With a rated load capacity of 3,000 kg, Zallys M8 is suited for demanding industrial bundles where lighter carts or hand-moved solutions are no longer realistic. The capacity gives you room to standardise internal movements: instead of splitting a bundle into several smaller moves, you can often transfer the load as a single, controlled unit. When the transporter is matched to the load length and the support points are correct, the operator can focus on clearance and traffic rather than fighting the load itself.

Controlled speed and smooth start

Long pipes need calm, predictable motion. Zallys M8 has a top speed of 4 km/h and is designed for controlled manoeuvring rather than rushing. A smooth start helps reduce sudden jerks that can make a bundle roll, twist or knock against adjacent racks and guards. This is especially relevant when you have narrow transport corridors, temporary crossings, or fixed unload stations where positioning accuracy matters.

240 Ah AGM battery pack for long operating time

The Zallys M8 uses a 24 V battery pack with 240 Ah capacity. The batteries are long-life AGM type, chosen for industrial reliability and practical day-to-day use. AGM technology is maintenance-free in normal operation: there is no need for water top-ups, and the sealed construction helps minimise spill risks compared with traditional flooded batteries.

For busy internal logistics, runtime is as important as capacity. A higher-capacity battery pack means the machine can stay in use through long stretches of the day without constantly breaking the workflow for charging. An integrated smart charger supports straightforward charging routines, helping reduce downtime and keeping the transporter ready for the next move.

Powder-coated steel frame

Warehouses and production areas are not gentle places for equipment. The Zallys M8 frame is made of steel and finished with powder coating to provide durable protection in daily use.

Safety features and CE compliance

Internal transport is a safety topic as much as it is a productivity topic. Zallys M8 is manufactured in Italy in accordance with applicable CE standards and is CE compliant. Standard safety equipment includes an emergency stop, a mandatory audible warning and overload protection.
