A polyethylene foam wrap roll helps you protect products with a light, clean protective layer that is quick to apply in everyday warehouse work. This type of PE foam is dense, yet flexible. It follows the shape of the item instead of fighting it, so you can wrap products tightly without hard creases that leave pressure marks. In the packaging world you may also see the same product type described as foam sheeting on a roll, or a polythene foam roll.

Use the foam wrap roll to wrap a product, place it between components, or line a carton to reduce movement. You end up with a tidier pack, fewer surface defects, and goods that look as good at delivery as they did at dispatch.

Clean, lightweight and made for daily use

The foam wrap is made from PE foam with a closed-cell structure. In practice, that means a soft protective surface and a compact foam body that suits routine packing tasks. The foam forms around products and helps absorb small shocks during handling, while the smooth, non-abrasive surface reduces friction between parts.

The closed-cell structure also helps repel moisture and dirt. That is useful when goods spend time on loading bays, in vehicles, or in storage where dust and occasional splashes are hard to avoid. The material is CFC-free (freon-free), PE-based and recyclable.

Foam wrap is typically chosen when the main risk is surface damage rather than heavy impact. Many products do not need thick cushioning, but they do need a barrier that prevents rubbing, chipping and minor dents. A foam wrap roll creates that barrier fast. It also gives corners and edges an extra buffer, which often makes a difference when cartons are moved or stacked.

Choose the right width and thickness

This foam wrap roll is available in two widths and two thicknesses. Matching the material to the product size helps you pack faster and avoid unnecessary overlap.

Roll widths:

• 600 mm is a practical everyday option for smaller goods, parts and carton packing. It is easy to handle and works well when you need narrower sheets for interleaving.
• 1200 mm gives you broader coverage for larger items, wide panels and quicker wrapping when you want to cover a big surface in one pass.

Thickness options:

• 1 mm suits situations where the priority is scratch protection and clean separation between surfaces.
• 2 mm adds a little more cushioning and support for items that may knock against other goods in the same box or during handling.

If certain areas need extra protection, you can simply add another layer without changing material. Both thicknesses are designed for daily protective packing. The choice is mainly about surface sensitivity and how the item will be handled and stacked on the way to the customer.

Packaging unit and ordering information

Each roll contains 300 metres of foam wrap. The product is sold only in full packs to make stock handling simple and predictable:

• One pack contains 2 rolls with 600 mm width, or
• One pack contains 1 roll with 1200 mm width.

Both widths are available with thickness options of 1 mm or 2 mm.
