Picking directly from a pallet stored in pallet racking is fast, until the cartons you need are at the back of the load. This galvanised double-sided pull-out unit turns a standard pallet position into an accessible picking station without roller tracks. Pull the pallet out from the aisle side for order picking, and replenish from the rear side of the rack when stock is topped up.
The pull-out travel is 560 mm (47% extension). That is enough to bring goods within comfortable reach, while keeping the pallet’s centre of gravity safely on the rack beams. With a rated load capacity of 800 kg per level, the unit suits most spare parts, consumables, cartons, and e-commerce SKUs stored on pallets.
Two sizes are available: an EUR pallet version and a FIN pallet version. The zinc-galvanised steel finish is a practical choice for cold stores, unheated warehouses, and other areas where corrosion resistance matters.

Cartons and parts at the back of the pallet are slow to reach and easy to miss. A double-sided pallet pull-out unit solves that in a simple, familiar way: the pallet stays in the rack, but it can be pulled forward to the aisle like a drawer. This galvanised pallet pull-out unit is designed for pallet racking and rated for 800 kg per level. It supports a practical flow routine without roller conveyors: replenish from the rear side of the rack, and pick from the front.
In many warehouses, the same pallet location is used by two different routines: replenishment and order picking. With a double-sided pallet pull-out unit you can separate those routines by direction. The pallet can be accessed from both sides of the rack, making it easier to keep the oldest stock at the picking side and bring replenishment in from the opposite side.
The pull-out travel is 560 mm, which corresponds to a 47% extension. That travel is intentional: it brings the front part of the pallet to a comfortable working distance, but keeps the load’s centre of gravity safely supported by the beams. For most cartons, parts bins and packaged goods, 560 mm is enough to see, scan and pick without pulling the pallet fully into the aisle.
A pallet pull-out unit is at its best when you pick from the same locations repeatedly during a shift. Typical examples include spare parts areas, maintenance stores, workshop consumables, and fast-moving web shop items. Instead of moving the pallet down to floor level or using handling equipment for every pick, the picker can pull the load forward, take what is needed, and push the pallet back into position.
The load rating is 800 kg per pallet pull-out level. That covers a large share of the palletised goods typically picked by hand, such as full cartons, plastic totes, metal parts and packaged components. To get the best performance and safest handling, keep the load evenly distributed on the pallet and avoid placing very heavy items only at the extreme front edge.
The pallet pull-out unit is made from galvanised (zinc-coated) steel. That means better resistance to corrosion and less worry about surface rust in conditions where normal painted surfaces take a beating. It is a strong choice for unheated warehouses, cold rooms, loading areas and other spaces where temperature changes and humidity are part of normal operations.
Galvanised surfaces are also easy to keep clean in everyday use. For a picking station, that matters: dust and debris build up quickly around high-traffic pallet locations, and a robust surface helps the unit stay serviceable over the long term.
The pull-out level is available in two formats, so you can match the pallet pull-out unit to the pallet type used in your operation. Selecting the correct size is important for support, stability and day-to-day convenience. If your warehouse uses both pallet formats, it is common to keep the pull-out levels consistent within an aisle or zone to make training and picking routines easier.
