Continuously Adjustable Working Height

Different tasks call for different working heights. One moment the table may support small components at a seated workstation. Later it may be rolled next to a standing packing bench or used as a side surface beside an inspection point. The SAP mobile work table adjusts continuously from 650-900 mm, so the same unit can be adapted to the task instead of forcing the task to adapt to the table.

The height adjustment is manual and straightforward, using an Allen key. Once the level is set, the work surface stays ready for routine production work, packing operations and technical support tasks where the correct height helps reduce unnecessary bending, awkward reach and wasted movement.

Easy to Move, Stable When Parked

Mobility is what makes this table different from a fixed side bench. The SAP mobile work table runs on four 100 mm swivel castors, so it can be repositioned quickly beside a workbench, along a production line or between nearby work areas. If the workflow changes during the shift, the table can move with it instead of becoming one more static piece of floor equipment.

The frame is made of epoxy powder-coated steel and the worktop is laminated chipboard, giving the table a durable industrial structure without making it unnecessarily heavy to handle. Load capacity is 150 kg, which is enough for tools, fixtures, documents, containers, small instruments and everyday work materials. Two of the castors are braked, helping the table stay where it is needed once it has been placed.

Optional Lower Shelf and Push Handle

When the worktop needs to stay clear, the optional lower shelf adds useful storage below the surface. It is available for the 700 x 500 mm and 1000 x 700 mm versions, so bins, tools, supplies or documents can be stored underneath instead of taking over the main working area. That helps keep the upper level free for the task that is actually in progress.

An optional push handle is available for all SAP mobile work tables. This is a sensible addition when the table is moved frequently between stations or different stages of the line. A handle makes daily repositioning easier and gives better control when steering the table through narrow passages, around equipment or into place beside a bench.
