When sensitive boards, instruments and electronic components need to move between workstations, this ESD platform trolley keeps transport controlled and practical. The static-safe construction is designed for internal handling in ESD-sensitive environments, helping protect valuable products from electrostatic discharge during everyday movement.
The low 180 mm loading height makes it easier to place heavier items on the trolley with less lifting effort. A front tubular impact rail helps shield the load if the trolley meets shelving, door frames or other equipment, while the compact 950 x 550 mm size keeps it easy to steer in tighter aisles and work areas.

On an electronics line, a trolley does more than move a load from A to B. It has to keep parts stable, keep handling smooth and avoid adding unnecessary ESD risk on the way to the next station. This ESD platform trolley is built for that kind of everyday work. It gives you an open, stable transport surface for components, devices and materials that need careful handling in ESD-sensitive environments.
The trolley is designed for internal transport between assembly benches, test areas, storage locations and packing points. Its conductive construction, ESD mat and ESD castors support safer handling of valuable electronics during movement.
This ESD platform trolley is intended for moving static-sensitive goods in a more controlled way inside the work area. The conductive frame, platform surface and wheels are designed to support the dissipation path used in ESD-controlled environments, helping reduce the build-up of unwanted charge during transport.
One of the most practical advantages of this ESD platform trolley is its low loading height. The platform sits only 180 mm from the floor, which reduces the vertical lifting distance when placing heavy or awkward items on the deck. Operators spend less effort lifting, positioning and re-adjusting loads, especially when the items being moved are dense, heavy or difficult to grip.
The loading surface is fitted with an ESD mat with heat resistance up to 400 °C. That feature adds practical durability in areas where recently used tools, warm fixtures or processed items may be set down temporarily. The mat is not only there for ESD protection, it also gives the platform a surface that is better suited to technical work than a plain metal deck.
At the front of the trolley there is a tubular steel rail that gives extra protection during movement. If the trolley meets a corner, frame or doorway, the tubular rail is there to take the first contact instead of the load itself. The rail also helps reduce the risk of goods shifting forward unexpectedly and gives the operator a clearer leading edge when manoeuvring in tighter spaces.
With overall dimensions of 950 x 550 x 915 mm, the trolley combines usable platform space with a compact footprint. It is large enough for practical loads, but still narrow enough to work well in tighter production layouts where every millimetre counts. That makes it a good fit for electronics lines, service rooms, test spaces and other technical environments where wide transport equipment quickly becomes inconvenient.
The trolley runs on four swivel ESD castors with a diameter of 100 mm. This wheel setup keeps the trolley easy to turn and position, even when the route includes frequent direction changes. Because all four castors swivel, the trolley can be guided accurately beside benches, racks and workstations. Combined with the compact frame, the castors make this anti-static platform trolley well suited to areas where transport paths are short, repetitive and space is limited.
This model uses an open flat platform rather than shelves or enclosed sides. That brings a clear advantage when the load shape changes from one job to the next. Larger cartons, irregular equipment, transport trays and wider technical items can be placed directly on the deck without having to work around shelf spacing or side panels. This open-deck format is what makes the trolley so versatile in production and warehouse support work.
