This 800 kg platform trolley is designed for regular internal transport in work areas where goods need to move reliably from one point to another without unnecessary lifting, carrying or delays. The deck stays open and easy to reach, so bulky cartons, components, containers and other large items can be loaded quickly from above or from the side. At the same time, the trolley is strong enough for demanding work and compact enough for everyday use in aisles, near workstations and around loading and packing areas.

This platform trolley offers a maximum load capacity of 800 kg, making it a dependable choice when goods are too heavy for repeated manual handling but do not require powered transport. The overall trolley dimensions are 285 x 655 x 985 mm, which gives you a practical loading area without making the trolley overly large for normal warehouse routes.

The low platform height is one of the details that improves daily use. A lower deck helps reduce the effort needed when sliding, placing or repositioning heavy items onto the trolley. As an open-deck platform trolley, it also gives better freedom when handling awkward loads that do not sit neatly inside a fixed frame.

Controlled movement with 2 braked swivel castors and 2 fixed castors

This model runs on 2 braked swivel castors and 2 fixed castors with a wheel diameter of 200 mm. That combination gives a balanced result in daily handling: the fixed castors help the trolley track in a controlled line, while the swivel castors make it easier to guide the load through turns, around corners and into working positions.

The brakes on the swivel castors add an important level of control during loading and unloading. When the trolley needs to stay put beside a shelf, packing station, machine or workbench, locking the castors helps reduce unwanted movement. The 200 mm wheel diameter also helps the trolley move more confidently across normal thresholds and minor floor irregularities than smaller wheels typically do.

Open deck for fast access, optional panels for better load retention

One of the strongest advantages of this platform trolley is that it can be adapted to different transport tasks. In its standard form, it works as an open-deck flatbed trolley that is easy to access from all sides. That is often the best setup for larger items, long goods or loads that need to be lifted on and off quickly without working around fixed sides.

When the load needs more containment, optional accessories can be added. Mesh end panels can be fitted to the ends of the trolley, and mesh side panels can be mounted on the long sides. This gives you a simple way to turn the open base into a more secure platform trolley with sides when cartons, bins, components or mixed goods need extra support during movement. When the job changes again, the panels can also be removed, so the trolley does not stay locked into one configuration.
